Meta is currently experiencing an outage that is affecting service on especially on the WhatsApp Cloud API (most of the WhatsApp Business account are not working), but also Messenger API and Instagram Messenger API (a relevant number of messages is not being sent). This issue began on 04-03-2024 at 11:10 AM PST. Meta's engineering teams are actively investigating the issue, but an ETA for resolution has not yet been provided.

We are aware of the ongoing issue, and our team and Meta are actively monitoring it. However, the fix is not expected to happen anytime soon, as it is being handled by Meta's internal teams. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the resolution timeline. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of any updates.

The Comment reply trigger isn't currently working as expected due to an Instagram bug that is hiding many comments. This issue is beyond our control and requires intervention from the Meta team.
